Rachel Arnold
Rachel Arnold is a member of the VistaOne Board of Directors and the VistaOne Investment Committee.
Rachel is also Co-Head of the Vista Endeavor Funds, where she leads investment strategy and execution for the firm’s small-cap market software portfolio. She sits on Vista’s Executive Committee and Private Equity Management Committee — the firm’s senior governing bodies for overall strategy and platform decisions.
Rachel has over two decades of experience investing in and scaling growth at market-leading software companies. She currently serves on the boards of Akuvo, BigTime, BlueConic, Gnosis Freight, Portside, RadarFirst, Resilinc and Tripleseat, and is active in the firm’s investments in Benchmark, COMPLY, Innovapptive, and mabl. Over her tenure she has been closely involved with AGDATA, Autotask, BigMachines, Bonterra, Bullhorn, Dispatch, Kibo, Lanyon, Lone Wolf, Naviga, PeopleAdmin, Relias Learning, SecureLink, WorkTango and Zapproved.
Rachel was named to GrowthCap’s Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing (2022, 2023) and Buyouts’ Women in Private Equity Class of 2022. What distinguishes Rachel’s investment approach is a decade of operating experience inside four Vista portfolio companies before she joined the firm in 2012 — including as interim CEO of Bonterra (formerly Social Solutions), and in senior product, engineering, and go-to-market leadership roles at Mitratech, MicroEdge, and SRC Software. That operating lens, combined with earlier strategy consulting at Interbrand and equity research covering enterprise software at Pacific Crest, shapes how she partners with founders and management teams to create enduring value.
